Curtis joined Global Visions Achievers Organization in March 2020 as a board member. Curtis is
responsible for the vision and strategy behind fundraising, marketing, and operations as the
organization undergoes rebranding and expansion.
Curtis is a native of Seattle, Washington, and received his B.A. in Geography from the University of
Washington. During his time at university, he developed a passion for the international community in
Nairobi, and assisted in the program development of Elimu Uzito, a music and theater project hosted by
Kibera Vision Achievers for the advancement of slum youth and teens in the arts
